SoaromaCH | Custom Chat Channels

- Bug fix

- added option to do /ch {channel} {msg} to send a msg to that channel in config this was made in a whim so if you encounter any bugs let me know

- Some bug fixes and added a file called "data.yml" where it would save the users previous channel and keep them in that channel

- Patched /chreload from breaking the plugin - Patched PAPI to use the correct user in the message format - Patched hashmaps not adding a player to a channel upon reloading - Patched a console error from occurring - Patched forced messaging when another plugin cancels the chat event
