Tired of normal bans? Ever wanted to not ban players but not allow them to play, just to "spectate" server? Then this Skript is for you!

What does it do?
This Skript changes the player's gamemode to spectator, so they can just "spectate" server. "Soft-banned" players cannot execute commands, however (if they have permission), they can teleport to other players. Players can't see soft-banned ones, so they won't affect other's gameplay and they will stay "in shadows". Only staff can see, what commands soft-banned players try to type, and only staff can see their chat if you give them correct permissions.

How is this useful?
Nice question. Well, imagine that you banned an innocent or wrong player. Soft banned players can type in chat their apologies or they can appeal, as only staff sees this. Or maybe you just want to let your bad guys still spectate others... I don't know who will find this useful, but it sounds interesting and I'm sure someone will find this useful.

Installation:
You need only 1 plugin for this to work: Skript (and optionally a permission plugin). This resource runs perfectly on pure Skript. Versions below 1.13 haven't been tested but should work as long as Skript does (basically any version that supports spectator mode, chat messages and permissions will work)

If you haven't installed Skript yet, just drop the file you downloaded from the link above (Github, Skript.jar) into your /plugins folder in your server directory. Launch/restart your server and Skript should create "Skript" directory inside /plugins. Download this resource (SoftBans.sk) and place the file inside /plugins/Skript/scripts. Skript generated some example Skripts here so you can delete them or either keep them, it's on you. After you dropped the file there, simply type "/sk reload scripts" (OP status or permission required) and SoftBans should be ready. Usage/Permissions:
The main command is /softban or /sb. The command help will provide more information.

Permissions:
Permission to execute main /softban (/sb) command: cw.softban
Show help: cw.softban.help
Ban players: cw.softban.ban
Unban players: cw.softban.unban
Teleport to players when soft-banned: cw.softban.teleport
Get a notification when a player joins and he is soft-banned: cw.softban.notifyJoinBanned
Get a notification when someone gets unbanned: cw.softban.notifyUnbanned
Get a notification when someone gets banned: cw.softban.notifyBanned
Permission to make others not be able to soft-ban you: cw.softban .exempt
See commands of soft-banned players: cw.softban.seeCommands
See messages of soft-banned players: cw.softban.seeMessages

That's pretty much all you need to know. In the Skript file itself, you may edit messages, but they are pretty cool by default, so it doesn't need much editing.
