What does it?
This System deletes all Items in all worlds/in some worlds.
But why do you have to download this? It is simple. Everybody knows Clear Lag and nobody knows this code, so you can say, that you made all systems on your server!
Developer, who learn Java, can use this code for learning to select all worlds/some worlds!

This System is very lightweight. You can edit all things, because it is a Source-Code and you can easily implement it in you Systems :).
