    Moderation and stability update improvements

Compatibility & Notes - Recommended: backup config.yml and merge moderation entries into moderation.yml after updating. - If you use database storage, configure MySQL/MariaDB credentials in your data storage settings. - Review message key names after update (e.g., moderation.*) to ensure custom translations remain compatible.
