When you or a player joins your server but doesn't get teleported at the spawn? This simple Skript plugin does exactly what you need.
You can set it for each player too.

/spawnonjoin on/off : spawnonjoin.set
/sojsee : spawnonjoin.admin

To disable it to new players just change in options -> FirstJoin to 0.
To enable it change in options -> FirstJoin to 1
