Hey,
this little plugin allows you to break spawners in minecraft with dropping the item. It checks if you are in a WorldGuard area you can build in.

drop.use - allows you to use this plugin
drop.premium - another chance rate for special users on your server
Requirements:
This plugin needs WorldGuard
Config:

chance: 10
premiumChance: 5

failure: '&cYou failed at breaking the spawner...'
hint: '&c&lHINT&8: &eYou can break Spawners with SilkTouch to get the drop...'chance - every 10th try gives you a drop
