SpawnSystem - System /spawn

A complete plugin of spawn with different functions.
COMMANDS
/setspawn - Set the spawn location!
/spawn - Teleport to the spawn!
/spawn {nick} - Teleport a player to spawn!

PERMISSIONS

- arspawn.admin
Description: Set the spawn and teleport others to spawn.

- arspawn.bypass - Bypass the time teleport.

FEATURES

Enable/Disable in config to teleport on join to the spawn;
Delay to teleport configurable(with bypass permission);
All configurable messages;
/spawn command executable by console (teleport others to spawn).

It works on all versions.
