Features

* A storm bow that basically, when you shoot with the bow, it makes a lightning storm that goes around and killing entities
* A fire bow that basically, wherever the arrow lands, it creates a small explosion and puts every living entity in a radius of 5 around the arrow on fire for 20 seconds
* A void bow that basically, when the arrow lands, it gets entities in a radius of 5 blocks around the arrow and gives them slowness, blindness and wither for 5 seconds and plays some portal particles around them
* A wolf bow that basically, when the arrow lands, it plays a wolf howling sound, then gets entities in a radius of 5 around the arrow, launches them in the player's looking direction, then it gives them wither potion effect for 5 seconds and spawns 10 white particle effects at the location that the entity was
* Commands to get the bows
* Configuration to change the messages
* Permissions for the usage of the commands
* Only the bows with the names set in the configuration will apply their effects
* Cooldown for the special bow effects (Toggleable in the configuration file)
* The special bows ' effects only effects other entities than the shooter
