    This is the first public release of SpeedTracks, a powerful and intuitive plugin for controlling minecart speeds on Paper 1.21.
    ✨ Features
    - Intuitive Speed Multipliers: Control minecart speed by changing the block under the rail. Set 2.0 for double speed, 0.5 for half speed, and more in the config.yml. - Info Command: Use /st info [block] to check the speed multiplier for any block. - Live Reloading: Apply configuration changes instantly with /st reload. No server restart needed. - Lightweight: Built to be simple and have a minimal impact on server performance. I welcome all feedback and bug reports on our GitHub Issues page.
