Spigot HTTP Server (BETA)

· Adjusted JSON execution and connection handling.

· Fixed Restart command on fast servers. Apparently we need a delay. Also fixed commands in general, as I am not sure what happened (maybe cats or stray key) but it was broken since last test and compile. I apologize.

· Fixed issue with folders with no trailing / being registered and served (which breaks href/src links) · Fixed the packed index.html to better detection of external host. · Other minor fixes Note: If you are using your own index.html instead of the pre-built one, you do not need to do anything but replace your SpigotHttpServer*.jar. If you are using the pre-built index.html, back it up, and remove it and edit the config setting generated-index: true to generated-index: false and start the new version of SpigotHttpServer
