Installation

1. Download the File from SpigotMC
2. Put it into the "plugins" folder of your installation
3. Start the server and stop it
4. Configure to your needs (see commands)
5. Start the server and enjoy the plugin :)

File-Exclusions must use the path displayed in the web interface's sidebar!
Extension-Exclusions must not contain the dot

Commands
For security reasons, commands can only be executed in the server console

/sf-adduser <name> <password> - Creates a user
/sf-removeuser <name> - Deletes a user
/sf-changepass <name> <password> - Changes the password of a user
/sf-setperm <name> <permission> <yes/no> - Grants/revokes a permission from a user
