Hey guys,
so I just custom coded this plugin which will block any water within a radius of 5 blocks. I was finding a plugin which did this for free but didn't really find any, So I quickly came up with this. I've tested this on my network and seems to work properly, but you can report any problems in the discussion area.
If you'd like to get me a cup of coffee for making it, PM me ;)
