Permission:
spychat.see
or OP
Config:
change the format in Config.
Use "§" or "&" for color codes.
%world% The world where the player is in.
%playername% The name of the player.
%message% The command what the player wrote.
Default config is:
"§7[§4Change ServerName in Config§7] §7[&4%world%§7] §7[&4%playername%§7] §7>> &4%message%"
