Staff & Builder Mode

• Full Staff Notify System
• Builder Mode - Puts player in creative mode and doesnt allow player to interact with containers, anvils, drop blocks, and drop items.
• Staff Mode - Switches players inventory to staff mode inventory with useful tools in the hotbar.
