Staff Support is a revamped version of /helpop, this one is alot better and supports replying to players.
Commands and Permissions
/askstaff (or /st) - Requires staffsupport.send (Sends message to staff)
/staffreply (or /sr) - Requires staffsupport.reply
Why use this over HelpOP?
You should use Staff Support for a couple of reasons, first off, you can actually reply, rather than just sending a player a message or replying via Global chat you can privately reply using the plugin. And this plugin is configurable, meaning you can customize it however you want.
