StaffChat 9 is a Staff Chat plugin. After putting in the command it will take you to StaffChat. In StaffChat non Staff players can not see it.
Commands:
+ /sc - Command for joining and leaving the StaffChat
Permissions:
StaffChat9.staffchat - /sc Command
