A customizable Staff Chat Plugin

I'm fairly new to Java and making Minecraft plugins, so please go easy on me! But anyways, enjoy the plugin!

This plugin is almost fully configurable! Besides one thing. You are able to configure permission nodes, shortcuts, and messages. The only thing you cannot configure is the reload permission, which is "StaffChatPlus.Admin", which should not really be a problem for most people.

Commands:

• /StaffChat [(message)] - Toggle or talk in Staff Chat
• /Hush - Toggles staff chat visibility
• /StaffChatPlusReload - Reloads the configuration
