- Moved the event passing to a new library "StarEvents" and depend on that

- Fixed SnakeYAML being relocated twice in the final jar - Fixed a bug that caused an error when saving a player that left due to a lack of database information - Added missing events from 1.21.7 - Added missing events from 1.21.4 - Removed the events from 1.21.3 as they are still experimental and I didn't see it earlier - Moved ItemBuilder out of StarCore and into it's own library - Provde the new ItemBuilder, SMaterial and SMCVersion libraries as part of the Jar file
