StarPunish

This plugin is meant to be used by server administrators to punish players. It will have a lot of utilities in the future, and may be similar to Punishmental, but with actual uses as a punishment plugin, too.
You might want to subscribe to this thread, I update often.
Currently this is what I have:
/sp freeze <player>
Freezes a player. For now, this command only prevents them from moving, (even their view,) but in the future will also mute their chat, disable their commands, etc. (If you want it to.) Implemented!
/sp unfreeze <player>
Unfreezes a player.
/sp panic, /sp freezeall
Freezes all players but you.
/sp listfrozen
Lists frozen players.
/sp dance <player>
Makes a player dance.
/sp undance <player>
Stops a player from dancing.
/sp listdancing
Lists dancing players.
/sp disconnect <player>
Disconnect a player with a random java error out of four.
/sp help (aka /sp ?)
View help, and a list of commands.
/sp reload (aka /sp rl)
Reloads config.
/sp
View plugin info.

Permissions are "starpunish" followed by the command name. E.g. "starpunish.help" for /sp help.
