Lightweight plugin that adds per-world crop-trampling disabling.

Commands:

• /stmc reload - Reloads the config
• /stmc add - Adds the world to the enabled worlds list in config
• /stmc remove - Removes the world from the enabled worlds list in config

Permissions:

• trample.admin.reload - Lets the user reload the config using /stmc reload
• trample.admin.modify - Lets the user add and remove worlds from the config using /stmc add and /stmc remove
• trample.admin.* - Lets the user access all admin commands (/stmc)

- Officially tested on Minecraft 1.13, but might work on lower versions.
- Adding 'all' to the worlds in the config will result in crop-trampling being disabled in all worlds.
