StrictPortals

StrictPortals is a plugin dedicated to making Nether portals just a little bit better in survival. There are two main features:

• Portal restrictions limit the placement of Nether portals to a certain radius from spawn and between a minimum and maximum y-level. Restrictions can be assigned per-world and viewed in-game with commands.
• Fast portals brings quick creative-mode-style portal travel to survival mode. The first time you go through a portal will be at vanilla speed, but afterwards you will teleport instantly. Fast portals can be disabled, and a cooldown (default 5000 ms) is configurable.
