This release restructures the plugins packages

This release supports 1.10, however previous versions will not work.

This release adds support for 1.9, it is not compatible with 1.8 or lower.

Cleans up and comments more code, very small config change as well.

Cleans up, comments, and optimizes a lot of the code. Still plan on updating more of it as well as adding more death types. Also fixes a few commands which were previously broken.

Switch to translateAlternateColorCodes, change to singletons

· Genericified the config · Fixed a bug where command blocking would wrongly block commands (For example, if you had the config set to block /pl, it'd block /plot as well) · Renamed 'shops' announcements to 'ads', this will require renaming of that config section, also preferences won't be set so you should rename/clear those. · Added an option to enable/disable tips/ads individually server-wide.

Fixed a glitch where /say and /me only displayed the first word given, rather than the entire sentence.

Renamed classes to match Java code conventions

This update doesn't do anything noticeable, it only moves the listeners into their own classes. There won't be many updates to this plugin for a while, as it's pretty much done.
