Super Ignore

Full-fledged control from the game: Now you don't need to go into the config to add or remove a player. - `/si add main <nickname>` — add the main admin. - `/si add ignore <nickname>` — add a player to the blacklist. - `/si remove ...` — similarly for deletion. - `/si list` — shows the lists directly in the chat. - `/si mode <always|when_online>` — switches the operating mode on the fly. All changes via the commands are automatically saved in the config. Notification system: The `notify-main-users` option has been added to the config. If an ignored player tries to log in and is kicked, all "Main Users" who are online will receive a message: "_[SuperIgnor] BadPlayer1 tried to join and was blocked._" You will know that the enemy is awake.
