Super's Custom Forms

Added config notes and get eye colors command.

I've added a ui form to the plugin! Change log: < CHANGED PLUGIN NAME Please rename the SupersGODForm folder under the plugins folder to SupersForms to keep all your old data + Added U.I form < Fixed bug where it would put your tp at minus when you upgrade/buy forms

Since it's summer break and I have a lot of free time I'm resuming work on this plugin Change log: + Added regeneration < Fixed bug where the defend system wouldn't work for ops + Made so if you set your form to a level higher than 5 you get the effects of level 5 since people tend to give themselves higher levels when testing the plugin

I know I said I wouldn't update this plugin again but my god the way I did particle spawning.... It's just embarrassing, it's like it was made to lag servers... Anyway that's fixed and should be running a lot better on big servers.
