SuperPickaxeReloaded | Instant block breaking

SuperPickaxe gives any regular pickaxe the ability to break blocks instantly, faster than creative!

This is a revival of the old superpickaxe plugin found here and is a complete rebuild from the ground up. The old superpickaxe plugin is long outdated and the updated version hasn't been updated since 1.4.

Superpickaxe is a simple but effective plugin and works with many Minecraft version! The latest release is build for api-version 1.13, but can be used with all the latest Minecraft versions .

Features:
- Instantly break blocks with any regular pickaxe;
- Configure blacklisted blocks that players can't break with SuperPickaxe;
- Configure which tools are allowed to be used as a SuperPickaxe;
- Supports protection/anti-grief plugins like GriefPrevention and WorldGuard;
- Supports logging plugins like CoreProtect and Logblock;
- Support no-cheat exempt for NoCheatPlus;
- Can (but won't by default) intercept and override WorldEdit's super pickaxe commands.

Commands:
/spa - To toggle SuperPickaxe

Permissions:
spa.use - To use the /spa command.
spa.(block name) - To override a blacklisted block.

Example:
Player1: Activates superpickaxe, if nocheatplus is enabled gets added to the list for bypassing fast breaking

Player1: Clicks block in a worldguarded region, player1 is not able to break blocks still

Player1: Goes into the wilderness and breaks blocks instantly

Player1: Breaks into player2's house, player1's breaking gets logged

Player1: Deactivates superpickaxe, they get removed from bypassing fast breaking
