The plugin support chat has the function, if players need help they can use the command to send a request to a supporter / moderator or admin and he can accept them and then they are with him in a separate room / chat
Commands:
/sup - You have successfully requested support!
/sup accept <name> - Your support request was accepted
/sup finish - The support conversation has ended
Permission:
/sup - support.all
/sup accept - support.team
