Survival Light Blocks lets you craft, change the light level of, and break light blocks in survival mode.
REQUIRES NBT API
Scroll through your hotbar while crouching the change the light level of the light blocks you're holding. Left click a light block in the world while holding the light block item to break it and get it back. Supports plugins like grief prevention. Recipe can be changed in the config.
