Sweet Nightmares

This new update removes the allowtimeskip configuration setting (which unfortunately appeared not to have been overwritten internally by spigot rendering it useless) and added a timeskip configuration option where you can specify the percentage of players that needs to sleep in the target dimension for the time to get skipped in that dimension. Leaving this number at the default 100 will not change any functionality but the option exists. (A configuration version number was also introduced, if the version numbers do not match the entire configuration is overwritten and the old configuration is renamed to config-old, this may lead to unfortunate loss of configs, so backup your data before updating!)
