SyncUpdater

I have swapped the project over to using Gradle instead of Maven. There is also a new configuration option for defining what commands get run once the reboot timer finishes. By default it just runs "/stop" in the console, but you could modify this to use "/restart" so it uses the restart script in your spigot.yml.
