/tags or /tags 
/tag <tag> -- Command to change your own tag 
/tag <tag> <player> -- Command to change other player's tag 
/deltag or /tagdel 
/deltag -- delete your own tag 
/deltag <player> -- delete other player's tag

tag.use -- Allow the player use /tag command 
tag.tag -- Allow the player to change his own tag /tag <tag>, allow the player to delete his own tag. other -- Allow the player to change other players commands including his own tag /tag <tag> <player>, the player also can delete other players tag
