TaskScheduler - Schedule commands to a date

This plugin basicly schedule commands to a date which is formatted to 24 hour clock and you can make schedule only one day in designated hour.

If you open HaveDate configuration it will listen dates formated first 3 char of weekdays for example 'Mon'
