Team Color Placeholder extension

Adding this to your server allows you to use the %team_color% placeholder in all your placeholder api compatible plugins like Tab Reborn and Venture chat!

This placeholder outputs the players name colored to match that players team color like vanilla mc. A player on a team with the color set to red will have red name in the placeholder.

This Is not a standalone plugin this requires Placeholder-api as it is an extension of Placeholder-api
To install you need to open your Placeholder api folder under plugins and put the jar in the extensions folder.

An example of how to add this to venture chat, replace {nickname} with {team_color} in the config.yml as shown here:
Before:
format: '&f[&2Global&f] {prefix}{nickname}&2:'

After:
format: '&f[&2Global&f] {prefix}{team_color}&2:'
