TeamChat
Features:

Commands:
- /teamchat <message> - send a message in the teamchat

- /teamchat login - show the teamchat
- /teamchat logout - hide the teamchat
Permissions:
- teamchat.write - allows players to read and write in the teamchat
- teamchat.read - allows players to read but not write in the teamchat
- teamchat.reload
