Teleportation using pads!
Create Tele Pads to travel between them, along with single-use versions!
4 options: 4 uses, 8 uses, 16 uses, single-use.
Single-use can be used anywhere without the need to place.
Other options require to be placed and charged - each charge costs 1 Ender Pearl, and extras can be stored within the Tele Pad!
Limit the overall amount of Tele Pads allowed per player, along with permissions that grant extra - all in the config file!
OP players can create Global Tele Pads, and names can be added to them in the saved files!
