Teleport Sign [Skript]

First, create a destination by typing /sign set "name", where [name] is the name of you location, without the "...". The location will be set exactly at your feet, precisely mirroring your coordinates up to the 2nd decimal and also saving your rotational values. Then, place a sign that is laid out like this:
[tp]
"name"

where [name] should be the name of the destination you set earlier, again, without the "...", and you're all set! Clicking on the sign will now automatically teleport you to the destination you've set earlier
