Commands:
/tpgsender [name] - Set the entry of a portal
/tpgtarget [name] - Set the receiver of a portal
/tpgdelete [name] - Delete a portal
/tpghelp - Help
/tpglist - List all portals
Permissions:
TPG.list
TPG.help
TPG.delete
TPG.create
