Features:

1. Fully configurable, you can change all of things.
2. Open source, you can edit even with notepad.
3. It teleports without lag.
4. It teleports players to safely lands. (No lava/water or void.)
5. If target location is dark (like in caves), automaticly puts a torch.
6. A basic and cool menu.

Download Skript, Skellett, TuSKe. Then put this file to plugins/Skript/scripts. Enjoy!
Also you need Citizens to create NPCs!
