Memory allocation should be vastly improved now. Fixed a bug where textures would unload after 1h of no players

Bedrock players will now fall back to old textures by default.

Added a bulk generate feature. Write filenames, newline separated, in a txt file, and /textures bulk <filename>.txt. Added option to prevent putting the default textures in the textures folder Added an option for packetevents priority in case you have other plugins that apply textures.

This version should have greatly reduced memory pressure.
