Throwable Arrows

A relatively simple, light, and small plugin that allows players to throw arrows. The speed at which the thrown arrow flies is configurable.

There are four permissions:

throwableArrows.use - Allows players to throw arrows at all
throwableArrows.use.stack - Allows players to throw stacks of arrows
throwableArrows.use.drop - Allows players to throw arrows by dropping them if it is enabled in the config
throwableArrows.use.click - Allows players to throw arrows by right clicking them if it is enabled in the config

Default modifier is 0.4 so that bows are far better than just throwing the arrows. Flight paths render oddly above 2, and damage is associated with the velocity of their throw, so it's affected by the modifier as well. As of 1.4.0, this can be changed in the config to set thrown arrows to do a specific amount of damage.

If players want to drop the arrows normally, they can crouch at the same time as dropping them.
