Tickets!

This plugin allows players to create tickets so that they can hep help from staff. When they create a ticket, it is saved to a LOCAL variable(if you /reload, tickets will clear) because this system is meant to be a short term ticket saver.

Commands:
/ticket create <ticket>
Creates a ticket, Permission:
ticket.create

/ticket list
Staff command, gives the staff the oldest, non-closed ticket, first come, first server. Permission:
ticket.list

/ticket close
Staff command, closes the ticket they were given. Permission:
ticket.close

/ticket help
Opens the help GUI.
