/tc - Returns informations about the plugin
/tc ? [page] - Returns the command list
/tc clock - Gives you the Time Controller Clock

Right Click (with the clock in hand and the right permissions) - The time will be advanced, and there will be a 20% of possibility to start a storm (you'll make start raining) and a 10% of start a thunderstorm (only if you are in the 20% of possibility to start a storm)!
Shift + Right Click (with the clock in hand and the right permissions) - You will block/unblock the time (daylightCycle) (the sun/moon will not move anymore when blocked)

TimeController.Advance - Can skip the time using the Clock
TimeController.Help - Can execute the help command
TimeController.Clock - Can use the command for receive the Clock
