If you're a server owner, then you may need to add the titleAPI to a plugin that will take care of it for you. "/title" can be used for normal server usage.

Config.yml:

# "Title On Join", when player join server this message is showing for player
# false - disabled, true - enabled
Title On Join: false
# Showing message on join
Title Message: "Welome"
# Sub Title this text is showing under main text
# %player% player nick name
Subtitle Message: "%player% on server"

If you're a developer:
TitleAPI is simple and easy to use, first download and import a plugin to your project.

You must to be import it as a dependency into your plugin.yml.

API call as easy as:

TitleAPI.sendTitle(player,fadeIn,stay,fadeOut,"Title","Subtitle")
