Fixed a bug where the plugin wouldn't work when using 1.20

So you know the plugin LPC, as it translates the color chat automatically, well I made an option inside config.yml to choose if my plugin should replace your messages with the color or if it should let other plugins do that

· I have added the toastedemojis.list permission, basically if you give the players this permission they will be able to view the emoji list that you are using, but this can also be used in a anti-swearing filter. · For example, if you dont give them the permission, players will still be able to use emojis but they wont be able to view the list. · Now you can add for example the f word and each time a player uses it in a word, it will change it automatically · Example: I f*ed up it's gonna be if you put (f* -> duck) I ducked up

Here are the changes that I made: · Removed the try-catch blocks, as they are unnecessary and add extra overhead. · Stored the normalEmojis and unnormalEmojis maps in variables, to avoid calling the getter methods multiple times. Now it should be a bit faster than before.
