Chat Toggling:* Added the/togglechatcommand for players to enable/disable their personal chat visibility (togglechat.usepermission). Message Blocking:* Prevents standard chat messages from being sent when chat is toggled off. Command Blocking:* Blocks specific chat-related commands (default:/me,/say,/minecraft:me,/minecraft:say) when chat is toggled off. Full Configuration:* * All user-facing messages can be customized inconfig.ymlusing MiniMessage format. * The list of blocked commands can be customized inconfig.yml. Notifications:* Players are notified when attempting to chat or use blocked commands while toggled off. Paper API:* Built using modern Paper API practices (Adventure, events).
