ToggleDrop
ToggleDrop allows server owners to easily disable item drops on their server. This is my very first Java plugin, hope you like it!

Permissions
toggledrop.bypass - bypass* the toggle, ability to drop items while they're disabled.
toggledrop.toggle - toggle item drops.

* bypass only works if the config option is enabled.

Commands
/drops is a valid alias.
/toggledrop toggle
/toggledrop info
/toggledrop help

# Whether or not drops are enabled. This can be edited in-game with the command "/toggledrop toggle"
