Kinda forgot to add perms for commands sooo here you go! Made commands way more complex added perms! added a new message that tells the user what permission they need to execute the command they are trying to if they dont have perms /blockhelp | /bh | /tnlbb | /bhelp | /tb tnlbb.command.help /blocks | /b tnlbb.command.blocks.own /blocks [player] | /b [player] tnlbb.command.blocks.other /blockreset | /brset | /br tnlbb.command.blocks.reset.own /blockreset [player] | /brset [player] | /br [player] tnlbb.command.blocks.reset.other /blockset <player> <number> | /bset <player> <number> | /bs <player> <number> tnlbb.command.blocks.set.other

removed line #11 note was no longer needed
