Why should I use this?
This plugin basically helps your server keep any players attempting to login as towns, nations, NPCs and even the towny war chest away.
If you are running a cracked server, anyone can login as towns/nations and send the money to them self, or even if they login as a NPC and you have a NPC set as mayor in a town they will be able to take over that town and in worst case delete it. Which in some cases might mean the town will fall apart if taxes are enabled. This is a quick fix for this problem.

Installation
You just simply add it to your plugins folder. And restart the server.
There are no commands or permissions required to make it work. It works once added and will scan every username.

NOTE
This plugin doesn't ban IP's, but if the plugin detects someone attempting to login as a town it will show the IP of that player in the console and logs. This plugin only bans the username if someone tries to login as a town or a nation.
