TP Orbs

Adds a "TP Orb" item to the game to help players move around faster.
Right-click a lodestone to set the location of the orb.
The name, recipe, and more is al configurable!

(Default crafting recipe, editable in config)

recipe: #add a space for no item, if shaped above is false this does nothing
