this plugin makes /tps show 20 tps always, no more staff asking you to upgrade your server :D
to allow them to see the spoof'ed tps (or use /tps at all) they will need the permission tpsspoof.use
if your player count is over 100 you have a chance of /tps showing 19.99tps instead of 20.0.
