Tradechests

About
Tradechests can be opened everywhere and are displayed with particles.
Especially useful at spawn areas, so players can exchange items which they don't need.

How to use
Give yourself a tradechest with /tradechest item and place it. Done.
If you want your players to be able to place chests too, you must add a way
to obtain them. This could be archieved with plugins like Shopkeepers or so.
